Presently in its third generation of farming, the Fontenot family produces over 32,000 barrels of long grain rice, annually. Douglas C. Frugé II, grandson of Percy J. Fontenot manages the farm shipping rice across the globe to feed the world.

Production of crawfish at PJF Farm is continuously being perfected by our management team. In 2020, the farm harvested over 200,000 pounds which was distributed throughout the Acadiana region.
